potato knish
Pronounced Kuh-nish

What is a Knish?

A knish is an Eastern European potato snack (now a meal) commonly sold by vendors in areas with large Jewish populations. These amazing delicacies consist of mashed potatoes wrapped in pastry, dough & then baked. Bub's has perfected the knish & added multiple twists & flavor profiles in entree sizes.

We do not have any peanuts or tree nuts as ingredients on our menu.  We do purchase ingredients from a  bakery that does have nuts  present in other items.  We use an egg wash on the  knishes.  They can be made without.  We are not kosher, but we are delicious.

Heat at 350° in conventional oven or toaster oven (15-18 minutes).   Heat until it starts to crisp.  You can cut in half to get an even bake.  They are very big, bigger than any knish you may be used to.  Serve with sour cream or deli mustard if desired.  If you choose to freeze, please thaw overnight in refrigerator before baking.
